DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

1. We offer local delivery within the UAE and regional delivery to all GCC countries. Our website is integrated with leading courier services to provide you with fast and reliable shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping service during checkout, and the shipping fees, estimated delivery date, and time will be displayed based on your choice. You can easily compare different delivery services.
2. Typically, local deliveries take 1-2 business days for estimated delivery. Regional deliveries to other GCC countries usually require 4-5 business days.
3. Please allow one business day for order processing (excluding weekends and national holidays) before your order leaves our warehouse.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Triangle Square, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, reputable branded products in the professional audio industry. We maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency regarding the intended use and quality of the products we represent. We understand that our customers are generally well-informed about their purchases and their specific needs. In case you require guidance, we offer free professional advice to ensure you make the right choice.
All our products come with a minimum manufacturing defect warranty of 1 year, and some brands may extend this to 5 years if explicitly stated.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:
• We shipped the wrong product to you.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product has been tampered with.

Claims for any of the above reasons must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the date you receive the product, as indicated by the courier service you selected on our website.

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
• We are unable to replace your product due to stock unavailability or if the product has been discontinued by its manufacturer.
• Refunds will be issued via the Original Mode of Payment.
• Please note that we do not accept refund claims for any reasons other than those stated above.

If your product is eligible for return or refund, please notify us and return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and packaging materials. If the product includes software licenses, please ensure that these licenses are deactivated from your account if they were previously registered. If these conditions are met, we will provide you with a return label. You can use this label to ship the product back to us, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used, misused, or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For returns made for reasons other than those listed above, please note that we will not issue refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. You can also choose to exchange the returned item for a different product, provided it is of equal or lesser value.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order as long as its status is marked as “Processing” in your Triangle Square account. Once the status changes to “Completed,” orders are no longer eligible for cancellation, as they would have left our premises and are on their way to you. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
